  1. Man-made disasters, such as pollution, war, and greenhouse gases, do play a roll in natural disasters. Greenhouse gases, which is a man-made disaster, it the main cause of global warming. Global warming is one natural disaster that cause others. The heating of the ocean causes disasters such as typhoons, tsunamis, and an increase in the force of hurricanes. The heating of the earth causes many droughts, and in some cases fires. Fire is a man-made creation. Forest fires are almost always started by humans. This is a direct example of how man-made disasters can cause natural disasters.

Natural disasters will never stop occurring because it is mother nature, and there is no human way of stopping mother nature. After humans are gone the earth will still go on. There is no stop to mother nature so there is no stop to natural disasters. But putting a stop to man-made disasters will certainly help decrease the severity of these natural disasters.

This has occurred around the world because we have Car. Car run on gas which is polluting our atmosphere. We also have factories that are doing the same thing as well. Man-made disasters also occur because of human nature while we are building more buildings on the land. In the world it happens in the Arctic areas because polar bears are dying and they don't have any homes. They say they will soon be extinct due to global warming. Global warming if it continues like this, they say that our countries will all be under water. We need to help prevent global warming in order to keep Earth stabled. We are constantly building new things, polluting the air, wasting water. All these things cause natural disasters.

  3. Man-made disasters which is pollution, green gases, and war is how these natural disasters. They occur a lot. They occur mostly in contients. They occur because when these things act up they mess up the world.
It continue to occur because people continue to use these pollutions. Humans have war and we use the greenhouse effets. If we stop using these effects the pollutions and all the natural disasters will stop.

A manmade disasters such as “oil spill”, does cause a “Natural Disaster”. Spilling oil in the ocean can one kill or severely damage sea creatures, and two harm the ocean itself. If the sea creatures (fish, shrimp, etc...)are killed off, then the human race would not be able to make certain food’s. Oil spill cause’s Natural Disasters, because the ocean is being polluted when oil is dropped in there.

I think Natural Disasters will continue to occur, because if they can take place years ago, then they will keep on happening. Natural disasters will also continue to occur, because no one can stop it. It is not like a man-made disaster where we can avoid it, or stop it, if it occurs we just have to take action.

  5. BRITTANY GARRIQUES natural disaster is caused by man disaster very frequently. such as green house gases it is considered a man-made disaster but it is one of the key reasons for global warming . when we allow the co2 levels to go up its heat up the ocean. Heating of the ocean causes a lot of natural disasters such as(tsunamis ,earthquakes, hurricane and etc.).the warmer the water the more severe the storm will be . even though the rise co2 levels is a man-made disaster it heats the water it also heat the atmosphere and it can cause other natural disasters . In my opinion these disasters will not end completely .But if we step in and change some of the things we do ,to the atmosphere we slow them down. nature is nature you cant really stop it but you can control how it happens. we do have the power to end man-made disasters and if we change mother nature will change and it wont be so intense BRITTANY GARRIQUES

Man- made disasters are caused mainly by us. Our experiments and projects that we do massively to the earth’s crust lead to serious consequence. Like for example, when we drill into the earth’s crust, can cause faults that have been dormant will awake. This will cause tectonic plates to move and cause earthquakes. Drilling in the earth’s crust can also lead to underwater earthquakes that can cause massive Tsunami’s. The things we do on the earth’s crust can have major disasters on the earth’s surface.

Another disaster we made was Global Warming. It has been happening since the earth first formed. But, since we now use and burn fossil fuels, we have cause Global Warming to become a lot worst. Since, we have used fossil fuels, in the last decade the upper atmosphere has become thicker. This will cause more greenhouse gases to be trapped and this process will heat up the earth faster.

In many different ways man-made products have impacted the world. They are sometimes very harmful to Mother Earth and in result we add on to the amount of natural disasters that occur. For instance, in the past earth has always had a habit of having drastic climate changes, but not at such high peaks. With man-made products like cars running on fuel everyday earth is releasing alot of CO2 which is trapping heat in our atmosphere, much like the glass in a greenhouse. With the heating of our planet many glaciers are melting which is not only damaging the habitat of many species but also rising our sea-levels. This can get so bad that cities can even flood. Bad enough it has already dried up many important bodies of water that used to bring irrigation for small towns.
Global warming continues to occur worldwide because we the people aren't taking a stand to change it. Global warming happens because of us. Every time you decide not to carpool you've impacted global warming. Every time you litter you've had an input on global warming. It's up to us to overcome global warming because if we don't we wont have the ability to progress as a society. This is honestly the only home we have and without spreading global warming awareness it will keep happening. Yes, earth is going through a climate problem, but it's up to us to fix it.

  8. Man made disasters are the aide to natural disasters in many ways because humans contribute to global warming which makes the Earth warmer which contributes to forest fires and the increased strength of hurricanes and tornados.George Santayana was once recorded as saying "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." Its pretty self explanatory and the only reason man made disasters continue to occur. The constant neglect of Earth's history causes those repetitive actions. Humans cause global warming which causes all these other disasters such as glaciers melting and making the sea level rise.It also causes storms to happen where they never have before such as Cyclone Catarina, the South Atlantic tropical cyclone that hit Brazil in late March. This was the first cyclone to ever make landfall since the creation of reliable records.

Man -Made Disasters can often to cause natural disasters, because ,Disasters fall into two major categories; Man-made and natrual disasters. For example of man-made disasters that falls in the category of a natrual disater's is call a nuclear bomb...when the nuclear bomb occurs it comes to the result of a large percentage of those involved losing their lives or alternatively ending up with major defects or long term injuries. Other types of man made disasters which are just as catastrophic include chemical spill, oil spill, arson and terrorism.
Nuclear bombs continues to occur because if we don t have the things that we need to protect our selves and aventually its going to happen again maybe not right away but it will happen again. When nuclear bomb occurs it can also cause a natrual disaster. For intinsese while a man-made disaster is happening , an earthquake can happen;because the ground starts shaking slowly as plates slide against each other, and then the seismic activity slow picks up as the ground really starts to move.

There is a variety of way that man-made products has impacted us as one world together. Products that we consider a necessity such are cars. All though it makes are lives easier to get around from place to place at the same time we are also hurting our environment by the CO2 being relapsed from our vehicle. As time goes on and technology continues to improve we also improve are ways of trying to be more environmental friendly, we developed hybrid cars witch are cars much healthy to the environment the normal CO2 powered cars. As we continue to use CO2 powered cars we are effecting the globe throughout world everyone uses CO2 to power factory witch releases gas into out atmosphere witch is causing global warming. Global warming is causing the polar bears to have more trouble to find homes beaches the rays from the earth is heating up our water and melting ice , the gas from our vehicle is staying trap in the earth atmosphere witch is causing the ice to melt faster. Natural disasters will continue to occur if we don't take more action as a one. The more we wait the worse it will get and who knows if we will have time to fix what could have bin fixed before

man made disasters cause natural disasters everyday. by driving cars/buses the fuel from the car which releases CO2. that CO2 traps heat in our atmosphere and that heat that is trapped causes natural disasters like melting of ice/snow. without that ice/snow places become dry and animals become extinct.
this continues to occur because no one will stop using cars, buses air planes. factories are constantly polluting the air we breathe. things people use everyday is whats causing global warming which is causing the Natural Disasters. this will continue to occur if nothing changes.

  13. Man made disasters are the cause of natural disasters. For example, one man made disaster is cyber attacks, which are caused by many things like blackouts and power service disruption.Another man made disaster is nuclear power plant and nuclear blast which ends in the result of an explosion.

Natural and Man made disasters continue to occur because nobody is aware of when tornadoes, hurricanes or floods are going to happen. Mother Nature makes things happen on "her" own time and all we can do is try to stop all the negative things and turn them into positives.

Man made "disasters" or basically, products or inventions, usually do cause natural disasters. A common man made product that most people use everyday although it is very harmful to our environment is cars. Cars are a necessity in a lot of people's everyday life. Although cars a necessary to many people around the world everyday, it sends a lot of toxin into the air. This toxin is called fossil fuel. Fossil fuel goes out into the atmosphere and pollutes it. This is causing global warming. If we don't do something soon about this, Earth won't be here for much longer. We have to start doing more things to please to Earth and less things to hurt it.

Man-made disasters can often cause natural disasters. Take for example global warming, many people believe that although global warming is considered a natural disaster that it’s a man-made disaster. Global warming is caused by the CO2 that is released into our atmosphere; the same CO2 that comes from our cars, factories and electricity. Due to global warming, ice is melting worldwide which is causing polar bears much harm. This is also leading to sea levels rising which will eventually lead to hurricanes and storms becoming stronger.
Although we know the causes and effects of global warming, it still continues to occur. I believe this is because we as Americans haven’t changed our ways; we haven’t “gone green.” Especially as kids we don’t think much about the consequences of our actions and neither do adults when it comes to global warming. If everyone did something even as simple as recycling the effect on the globe in the long one could be very beneficial and might even solve our global warming problem.

  16. Man made disasters often cause natural disasters. When we cause man made disasters we often hurt the environment. We also hurt the animals during these disasters. Two examples of this is oil spills and dumping garbage into the ocean. Because of oil spills marine animals can have a hard time surviving with all the toxic chemicals in the water. The last oil spill was in to golf of mexico it was a tug boat filled with gases. People also dump their waste into the ocean because theres no where to put it. when this happens the waste can get caught to fish and they cant breath or get trapped. That is my take on man made disasters. Angelo Lucatorto

Man made disasters are causing natural disasters because of all the green house gases, over population, and pollution.Us humans are in charge of keeping the earth clean but we fail to do so. Us humans are polluting the world we live in every single day by driving our cars, factories, and throwing trash into water. Man made disasters are causing natural disasters to occur more often because of all the climate changes due to global warming. It's kind of too late now to get everyone to do the right thing and actually try to keep earth clean because the glaciers are going to just keep melting.

Man made disasters have caused natural disasters. One of the main causes are cars which create pollution. Even though we meet think cars help us one way they're hurting our enviornment aswell. Global warming is another disaster that is huring out atmosphere. The heating of the oceans is causing more disasters to occur. Mostly everyone needs a car to go from place to another so the pollution that cars cause will never stop. Causing more pollution and wasting things will hurt the atmosphere even more. By trying to stop these disaster we can help our atmosphere.

Man-made disasters do not directly cause a natural disaster. A man-made disaster and a natural disaster are two different things. Man-made disasters are something that we, the people, have control of and can actually affect it a lot. Natural disasters cannot be controlled by us, the people, but can be prepared for and hope for the best afterwards.
One man-made disaster we have caused and that caused a natural disaster is the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf in 2010. When the oil spilled into the water, it took months to clean up and has affected thousands of animals and where they life.

  20. One Man-Made disaster is Pollution. This occurs everyday in the world. We have made pollution very bad. Factories are polluting the air with all the filth and steam that is coming from the factories. We also pollute our ocean water everyday by throwing trash and dirt into the water. We kill and hurt the food chain of the ocean. We make the balance of nature unbalanced. The oil spill that happened in Mexico was the fault of the oil truck. The people dumped all the oil where animals lived. It hurt the fish business by killing most of the fish and the fish was not healthy. Pollution still occurs because we still throw garbage and kill the birds in the sky because of all the factories.

  21. Man made disasters do happen to cause natural disasters, that is true. This has been happening for a while now and it hasn't changed and is only getting worse. Pollution is getting worse each and every day. Pollution and greenhouse gases is one of the disasters that contribute to global warming. The little things we do cause the earth to get warmer. The CO2 level is way beyond its measurements that it should be. The increased level in that causes the higher heat in temperature. The things we do are causing this earth to get warmer.Fossil fuels being burned is what mostly causing this .
This continues to occur because no one is doing anything about it. Everyone knows whats going on but makes it the least of their problems, when that can become a huge problem in the end ,it already has. We walk around as if global warming doesn't exist. Not every one drives hybrid cars so it can be safer for the earth. There are garbage's on almost every corner in this world and people still choose to litter. thats why it continues.

Man made mad disasters has caused natural disasters all over the world and it happens every day. Anywhere you go someone has a car, and that car needs gas. In order to make gas and oil for the car you have to burn fossil fuels, which causes air pollution. The pollution from burning these fossil fluids trap the sun’s UV rays here on earth which leads us to global warming, which isn’t just harming us as humans but is pushing some animal species to extinction. One manmade disaster that causes natural disasters is war. War causes natural disaster, because of now all the nuclear resources being taken from the earth and using it as a weapon just spreading the nuclear waste all over and it’s harming civilizations everywhere, and even other living organisms such as animals.
These manmade disasters still continue today because we can’t help it. Cars are used all over the world to get from place to place, even though there are hybrids some people still prefer to use cars that are true gas guzzlers. You can’t stop the creation of cars because they are our most reliable use of transportation. War can’t be stopped because it is only in our nature to prove who is the most dominant. Nuclear warfare is one of the few ways someone can win a war, because no one can defend themselves from a nuclear blast, and that’s how you take dominance by wiping out the enemy, so pretty much war will always go on and continue to escalate into more dangerous battles.

Man-made disasters often cause natural disasters. An example of a man-made disaster is global warming. Cars cause pollution. The carbon dioxide that is released from cars, factories, etc all affect the atmosphere which causes global warming. This continues to occur because people need cars for transportation. Global warming also causes sea levels to rise. Higher seas endanger many of where the world's population lives.

  25. Man made disasters can often cause natural disasters because humans are the reason pollution is in the air. we create the pollution by littering which ends up in our oceans. We drive too many gas filled cars instead of electric or carpooling to reduce the pollution in the air. this continues around the world because everyday people pollute the air driving around more than they need to and litter on every corner.

Natural disasters such as earthquakes, landslides, volcanic erruptions e.t.c cannot be prevented because they have to do with the earth its self. earthquakes occur when the continental plates shift or break off.

  26. Man-made disasters is one of the main causes for natural disasters. One Man-made disaster is greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases cause air pollution because it spreads Carbon Dioxide in the air which causes the atmosphere to thicken which can cause global warming. This continues today because greenhouses are still burning fossil fuels.

  27. Man made disasters and other man made byproducts have caused significant damage to the earth. Global warming has been one major problem for the planet. This has been going on but a lot of people and countries have been trying to fix it. Although the icecaps keep melting and the earth’s average temperatures keep rising.
This occurrence is still going on due to multiple factors. The U.S. car manufactures make cars that get less miles to the gallon. Making their cars burn more fuel, releasing more pollutants into the air. People also don’t really see this as a major factor because it’s a gradual increase of the rising average temperatures of earth.

  28. Man made disasters are a big cause of Natural disasters. A man made disaster is something like pollution. This is shown in the picture where the plant is letting out greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gasses make the heat from the sun stay inside the atmosphere. This causes major trouble.
When the greenhouse gases makes the earth heat up even more, it can make the water heat up. When the water heats up this can cause a storm to get even bigger and move faster. It keeps getting worse because we are still contributing by burning fuels.

We live in a society in the year 2013 where everyone is driving a car. Many may not know but the very gas that they are purchasing to run their cars are polluting our world and increasing global warming. Our future seems to lingering in the balance based on the disasters that are occurring. We as a people have a major affect on the very disasters that occur in our world today. The gas that we use today destoys the air that we have to breathe.
Some of these natural disasters affect us so greatly , for example super storm sandy was a disaster we all did not expect to happen but it did. It took many people's homes and destroyed cars. This storm caused pollution also and made the air saturated with chemicals that could possibly destroy a community of people.

  30. Many man made disasters have led to natural disasters. Man made disasters are disasters that are caused by human beings. Some natural disasters are caused not only by humans but they are also caused by earth. Because humans use CO2 ( gas ) for their cars the gas then goes into the air and traps the heat rays from the sun. This can cause a forest fires and droughts across the globe. It can also cause hurricanes and tsunamis.
Hurricane Katrina for example had a devastating impact on New Orleans. In order for natural disasters to be reduced we can lower the level use on carbon dioxide that is used and we can stop the pollution

Man made disasters is huge cause for natural disasters. for example oil spills. when oil spills anywhere its going to take machines to suck and clean up the oil. those machines will let out harmful gases that will become green house gases.
this is bad because when green house gases build up it will speed up the effects of global warming. global warming will cause many natural disasters. for example the rise in temperature can cause drought. if a drought occurs for a long time it can dry up the land and make a better chance for a forest fire to happen

Man made disasters often cause natural disasters world wide. Disasters such as air pollution & green house gases , in which causes global warming. The affects of which have caused countless natural disasters like hurricanes , acid rain as well as the melting of glacial caps. These natural disasters can & will affect us greatly ,by destroying homes, animal habitats including the extinguishment of polar ears ? Green house gasses release high levels of Co2 in which will heat up the oceans forming a hUrricane. MaN made things such as cars/buses that give off a filthy exhaust also known as smog that is release into the atmosphere , the dumber can cause acid rain.

This all can be avoided if we stand as one & To stop littering , car pool or ride your bike to work or school to decrese the amount of smog that gets released if not then nothing will change . These disasters will continue & continue unless we can make a change.

This image depicts the battle of man vs Mother Nature. Natural disasters are caused by different factors in the environment. However in this picture the man is seen begging the natural disasters to stop, because he is creating his own. Greenhouse gases, war, fire, pollution are all harmful factors we add to the environment. Greenhouse gases are an example of air pollution. We cause the amount of greenhouse gases to increase everyday by doing normal things. Everyday we burn more and more fossil fuels by driving a car that isn't fuel efficient is one of the biggest contributors to carbon dioxide in the air.
Greenhouse gases in the air is the reason the global temperature is rising. With the temperature rising, glaciers around the world are melting, which causes the sea level to raise. A higher sea level causes areas to flood. Warmer water creates stronger hurricanes. We blame Mother Nature for these issues but we're the ones making it worse. We need to limit the amount of fossil fuels we use everyday day. we need to stop producing harmful gases, that get released into the atmosphere. If the government steps in and try's to help the situation instead of making it worse, there might be hope for the planet, with us living here.

It continues to occur because no one is helping anything. We not to stop all examples of global warming. It's affecting the earth we all live and have to breath it. The world isn't the same from the first picture they took of it and in 20 years it would look even different. We need to ask ourselves do we care about mother earth enough to stay on it forever

Man-made disasters often cause natural disasters for example when we use cars we let out co2 which goes up into the atmosphere and increases the heat on earth. This leads to melting polar caps and the destruction of many animals habitats. It also raises the sea level that make areas more likely to flood destroying peoples home.

This will continue to happen if America doesn't put more effort to make more hybrid cars. We need to also focus on preserving and protecting mother nature by being eco-friendly. this means recycling ,take the bus to risk producing more co2. These things will continue to destroy if we take a stand and stop procrastinating.

Natural Disasters are caused by things like air pollution from cars and factories. Although cars seem more convenient they are also more dangerous for our environment. It lets our bad fuels and gas into the air. Instead of driving sometimes we could walk or take a bike. Every little thing makes a difference. Factories on the other hand let our steam into the air and more bad harmful toxic fuels. I think natural disasters are always going to occur. Its up to us to make a difference by stepping up if we don't want this any more.

  37. Man-made disasters often cause natural disasters. In 1919, a natural disaster occurred due to the action of a man, Aurthur Jell. Aurther Jell built a molasses storage tank in Boston and did not check his tank for leaks. Because of that, more leaks appeared which lead to the pressure inside the tank to increase releasing a tidal wave that traveled through the city lifting trains off the tracks and causing buildings to crash. The air from the tank also caused a blast wave which threw vehicles off road. Because of a careless mistake made by Aurthur Jell, he became was responsible for 21 deaths and several injuries.
Man-made disasters which lead to natural disasters continue to occur because humans do not take responsibility. As years go by, global warming has continued to increase. Global warming causes the climate to change and climate change has a huge impact on natural disasters. Natural disasters such as tornadoes, cyclones and wildfires are often affected by climate change, and since global warming is what changes the climate, we as individuals are each responsible for these natural disasters.

  38. man made disasters can lead to natural disasters. man made disasters are a from the neglect from us. we neglect earth so a man made disaster is global warming. while the temperatures are rising areas lose water causing droughts . places with ice melt leaving animals homeless. droughts leave countries hungry for long periods of time. these are natural disasters because their habitat is changing.

these disasters will continue to occur because we arent making serious changes as humans. we are the cause of man made disasters even if we dont want to believe it. also because natural disasters will occur forever because of mother nature. the weather is somewhat predictable. thats how we are sometimes aware of some natural disaster. we just dont expect them to be that drastic.

While we build man made buildings its like we taking away carbon dioxide and tbat is preventing us to have natural disasters such as hurricanes , earthquakes , floods from a lot of rain also with mudslides when on high mountians hills or even volcanoes. Mother nature can happen even when we arent around . When humans wouldnt be here i think that natural disasters wil still happen either way us humans are on earth or not . That is just the way it goes . These natural disasters occur because of the pollution and wars people are going through. The pollution is sonething we all have to work together on and fight back at these disasters. When war takes place it destoys land that may be can be used for sonething more useful . Natural disasters are always going to occur . I think that it is up to us the humans the people to make a change about it .

  41. Many man made disasters influence Mother Nature in many different ways. As you can see in the pictures factories release greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases trap light or infrared beams inside the earths atmosphere making it warmer. With that being said ice caps around the world are being lost which also have an affect on us.

With that being said the sea level around the world is rising. Rising to the point where people will not be able to live along coastal lines as regular. Also over population seems to be an outstanding issue in our society . With more people coming in to the United States more house are being built in disaster prone areas..

Man Made disasters often cause natural disasters. This line is highly accurate. One way this is true is the Greenhouse Effect. The Greenhouse Effect consists of mainly Carbon Dioxide (CO2), pollution and other of this type being released in the air. Also, every cigarette butt a person smokes, pollutes the air worse than we actually think is right now. The question on Man Made disasters and “will it end?” always occurs. The sad truth, it won’t end.

The world being flat out perfect is impossible. There is always a conflict going on, the way it’s being handled could show how the planet keeps on getting worse. For instance, look at the Hiroshima incident in World War II. Not only did humans die, but survivors of the incident were automatically hit with a disease. Another incident where man made disasters had an affect on the environment is the Halabja Poison Gas Attack. Dozens of people were easily sick because of breathing the corrupted air. Even if the world does a full turn for the better, man made disasters will keep occurring and this will lead to natural disasters most of the time.

Man-made disasters happen when human ignorance collides with human stupidity. Thankfully this doesn’t happen many times to make a horrifying accident. When these disasters do happen it is easy for a natural disaster to start where the man made one ended.
This will continue to occur because to get a government to do something you usually have to get the majority of the government to support the change you want to make and in our government. Many times there are people who don’t want to make that change which puts everything at a stand still

  46. Man made disasters can result in mother nature taking action. For example the fact that carbon dioxide does help with the cause of global warming but thats something we cant help because us humans need to breath. An example of a mad made disaster that us as humans cause that we can help but we dot as much is pollution. We pollute the air with harsh gases of our cars firesl places things of that nature that go into the atmosphere and can cause global warming.

These man made disaters have occurred when we have had foffrest fires droughts and in skme cases hurricanes. These disatrrs will probably never stop there apart of mother nature. But us as humans can do our part to at least make sure these disasters arnt so life threaten by not polluting the air by reduceing reusing and recycleing.

Most Natural Disasters are caused by Man Made actions and decisions. In our world we have many different everyday tools which produce great masses of Polution. For instance a Car. Over 3,000,000 cars are ran throughout New York City alone so imagine how many our ran in our country , better yet our world. This occurs in our world daily. This continues to occur for The United States is a country of business and action. New York City is a city if business this means our cars have become a strong social need , and business need. Pollution is strong issue in our Country for Extinction of animals are on the rise. Our waters are melting due to the Global warming effect of Pollution. If our world did not rely on factories , cars , trucks and buses. We would be a lost city.

  48. Man-made disasters often cause natural disasters. When and how has this occurred around the world? Why does it continue to occur?
There are many types of man-made disasters that cause natural disasters. Some types of man-made disasters are cutting down of trees in the forest, dumping waste in oceans and seas and air pollution caused by vehicles and factories. These disasters happen around the world all the time. These disasters occur in different places such as when big ships spill toxic oil and waste in the sea.
These man-made disasters continue to occur for many reasons. One reason why these disasters happen because are rushing and not paying attention. Another reason why these man-made disasters keep happening is because some people are greedy and they don't care about peoples lives.

  50. Man made disasters cause natural disasters because of us burning fossil fuels and causing pollution. We make our buildings by taking down unwanted things that were left from previous times and some people know what they are doing and some don't. Drilling the ground for construction or any other thing can cause a natural disaster to occur such as an earthquake this continues to occur because we still leave the light on, we still leave the water running we pollute the air weather it's driving a car or littering.
